convenient stay
covered path good breakfast round-the-clock food
the hotel is very close to the airport terminal. a covered path leads directly there. i found the breakfast had good options available around the clock.

minor issues affected the stay
filthy sink plug useless pillows
Check-in was slow. I had to wait in a long queue. after i got to my room, i discovered the sink plug hole was filthy. the pillows were useless, lacking support since the stuffing was all shifted. these issues detracted from what i hoped would be a restful night.

uncomfortable temperature broken ice machine
The air conditioning barely worked. I reported it, but nothing changed. The room was uncomfortably warm making it hard to sleep. the ice machine on my floor was out of order. I had to go to another floor. It was quite inconvenient and frustrating to deal with these issues . I expected better for the price.
